Yes, 100%. That's exactly why we created Papa Power Hour. Every workout has beginner-friendly options, demo videos, and clear guidance. You'll learn safe form and build confidence step by step.
I'm already experienced in the gym. Will I still be challenged? +
Absolutely. Advanced athletes get tougher variations, heavier weight suggestions, and pacing tips that push you harder. Important to know: the difference between an Olympic athlete and our grandparents is degree, not kind.
How much time do I need each week? +
Each workout takes 20--40 minutes. We program 5 sessions a week. We recommend doing 3 as your base and adding the other 2 when time and energy allow. The app lets you move workouts around so training fits your life, not the other way around.
What equipment do I need? Do I have to go to the gym? +
No gym needed. Choose between bodyweight + bands, minimal equipment (dumbbells/kettlebells), or full gym access during the first 6--8 weeks. After that, we recommend adding a dumbbell or kettlebell, since resistance training with weights brings so many health benefits we don't want to miss out on.
